Work With Me
Feeling exhausted and downright hopeless?
If you’re barely hanging on, living off concealer and coffee, it’s time to stop just surviving and make a change today.
As a mombie, you’ve tried every DIY approach out there. You’re sure that you and your child are destined for terrible sleep and this is what you signed up for when you became a parent.
Here’s the good news – you don’t have to just survive anymore. There are simple steps you can take to gain the confidence and support you need, to make permanent changes in your child’s sleep habits.
Do you feel like you’re losing your sanity, even your mind, and you’re to a breaking point?
Is your marriage and closest relationships suffering, due to sleep loss?
Are you suffering from anxiety and depression, exacerbated by sleep loss?
Do you dread bedtime and resent the sleep difficulties you’re experiencing right now?
Do you feel groggy in the morning and struggle to get through the day?
Are you spending hours on Google, searching for ways to solve your child’s sleep struggles?
The REALITY – you can sleep and be a parent, you don’t have to barely survive each day. Bedtime can be enjoyable and simple, there doesn’t have to be a battle or a big production. You can replace dread with enjoyment.
Imagine a night when you lay your child down, say goodnight, and shut the door behind you. You sit down on the couch and breathe a sigh of relief that your child is soundly drifting off to sleep. You’re able to reconnect with your spouse, eat dinner in peace, and catch up on a book or TV show. You have time for you again. You can do the laundry and dishes and not have to rush through, interrupted by your child crying again.
Imagine feeling good every morning. Your child has slept all through the night and you feel refreshed and ready to start your day. Your coffee is optional, not a survival tool, and you feel like you again, not a mombie.
You too are sleeping well, feeling well, and giving your best self to your child, partner, employer, and friends.
NOW IMAGINE THIS HAPPENING EVERY DAY…
Your child sleeps well all night and only wakes when it’s morning
You have “me” time again and don’t have to sacrifice your well-being or relationships
Your child takes long and restful naps during the day, fulfilling their sleep needs
You feel confident about your child’s sleep, leaving anxiety behind
You feel confident that your child is getting the sleep he or she needs to thrive
You feel confident that your child is getting the sleep he or she needs to thrive & grow
Say goodbye to your mombie days, sleep can now be your reality.
Ready to sleep? Here’s how to get started:
Step 1. Schedule a complimentary sleep evaluation. You can do that right here. During this call we will talk about the sleep struggles your family is facing and the best way to improve sleep and meet your goals.
Step 2. Prepare for our call by putting together a list of questions you or your partner might have. It’s ideal for both parents to be on this call, so we can be on the same page.
Step 3. During our call we will talk everything sleep! I’ll give you insight on the why (your child isn’t sleeping) and tell you HOW I can help you improve your child’s sleep. You can use this opportunity to make sure we’re the perfect fit before you commit.
Step 4. If you decide to work with me, we’ll get started right away. I’ll explain the next steps, everything just an email away. If you decide not to work with me or if we aren’t a perfect fit, I’m happy to share other resources to help you get what you need.
Step 5. Sit back and imagine all of the sleep you’re going to get! Once we decide to work together, I’ll get started on a plan. Your mombie days are limited! Most families have their consultation within a week of our first call, giving parents immediate relief from sleep struggles.
