I often hear parents talk about sleep loss like it’s a right of passage. Like they signed up for no sleep for the next 18 years.

Ready to sleep? Here’s how to get started:

Step 1. Schedule a complimentary sleep evaluation. You can do that right here. During this call we will talk about the sleep struggles your family is facing and the best way to improve sleep and meet your goals.

Step 2. Prepare for our call by putting together a list of questions you or your partner might have. It’s ideal for both parents to be on this call, so we can be on the same page. 

Step 3. During our call we will talk everything sleep! I’ll give you insight on the why (your child isn’t sleeping) and tell you HOW I can help you improve your child’s sleep. You can use this opportunity to make sure we’re the perfect fit before you commit.

Step 4. If you decide to work with me, we’ll get started right away. I’ll explain the next steps, everything just an email away. If you decide not to work with me or if we aren’t a perfect fit, I’m happy to share other resources to help you get what you need.

Step 5. Sit back and imagine all of the sleep you’re going to get! Once we decide to work together, I’ll get started on a plan. Your mombie days are limited! Most families have their consultation within a week of our first call, giving parents immediate relief from sleep struggles.
